BOUTIQUEFIT PERSONAL TRAINING
Strength PT
Functional strength and conditioning, all abilities. Full body strength based session. (Max 6)
Cardio PT
Cardiovascular and respiratory fitness session. HIIT circuits, endurance, light weights. (Max 8)
Accessory Strength PT
A mix of unilateral work, core stability and smaller muscle group activation to improve balance, prevent injury and enhance strength capacity. (Max 8)
Yin Yoga
Slow-paced style yoga that focuses on holding passive poses to target deeper muscles.. (Max 8)
Private PT
1on1, partner or team training. (Max 1-6)

Body Pump
Full body strength endurance session. Light weights, high reps. (Max 8)
RPM
Ride to music with a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. (Max 8)
Body Combat
Martial Arts inspired cardio/aerobics. Low Impact. (Max 8-10)
Body Balance
Yoga based strength and stretching. (Max 8-10)
Body Step
Full-body cardio and strength workout using a step. (Max 8-10)
Sprint
A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) spin class. (Max 8)
Core
Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance in the torso, hips, and glutes. (Max 8)
Body Attack
A 30-minute high-energy, fun, and athletic fitness class. (Max 8-10)

With over 17 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Kim has extensive industry experience and a passion for fitness. Kim strives to create a positive environment where members can unlock their full potential. Boutique Fit understands the importance of feeling welcomed and supported in your fitness journey, which is why Kim places significant emphasis on building a supportive, body positive community who champion each other’s success.
